The screen i blank 'cause it's an audio only recording from the radio. Just check that the speakers are turned on.

My mother does a similar thing when they phone up for conservatories, she lets them go all through there script, and she always sounds very interested, you can hear the guy getting excited,

he then asks can we send someone round to survey and give the estimate, she says no problem.

 

She then tells him her address, and then says thats on the 10th floor.

 

she lives in a multi storey block of flats lol.
