Blimey!! A blast from the past that one!! Caught several in the waters off Ascension Islands on way down SOUTH!! Sone ruddy big ones too and by god they don't half put a bend in a 30lb class rod!! And at around 8/10Lb!! But the smaller ones will eat ANYTHING!! At the time we were still chucking stuff overboard. The triggers devoured ANYTHING which was not metal aND only BECAUSE THAT SANK TOO QUICK!!

Also went ashore and watched the smaller black ones in the rolling surf!! At first we thought they were some new species of pirrahna or something!! And the TEETH!! Just like a set of dentures!! Skin like very old and very rough leather!! But BRILLIANT fighters!!

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))
