The River Cottage Treatment 9th November Channel 4 @ 8pm.

 

For those that read my report & photographs, of our trip out of Weymouth, on Pat Carlin's boat Channel Chieftain V.

 

Here's a chance to see and get a feel of this Anglers Dream Charter Boat.

 

Hugh will be giving some of his clientele the chance to catch their own fish, while onboard the Channel Chieftain V.

 

They be learning how to handle, prepare and then cook their catch.
