? SNOOKER

Ok then, whats the highest possible break in a game of snooker ??

With all the balls still on the table, one player fouls, leaving t'other player snookered on all the reds.

That second player nominates a "free ball" (any colour as a substitute red) and pots it (one point) followed by the black (7 points) With eight on the board he then makes the standard clearance of 147

Total break 155

There are no legs on a snooker table

There is no such thing as a snooker table , it's a billiards table

but being that snooker is played on a billiards tables more than say billiards , it has become known as a snooker table

It's a Billiards table

Got to go with Slacklines here.

There's no doubt that they all started off as the pocketless billiard table, but over the years, as changes were made. You will find that on a snooker table, there are slight differences, ie, size of pocket and shape of cushion. Although both can be played on either table, these differences make one a billiards table and the other a snooker table.

Same goes for the various forms of billiards such as 3ball, 4ball and pool.

Angling is more than just catching fish, if it wasn't it would just be called 'catching'......... John

Don't know about snooker - I'd of thought 8 though.

Tallest structure in Europe is the Belmont Mast near Donnington on Bain, Lincolnshire. Whether it's classed as freestanding or not since it's a guyed mast I don't know.... A little known fact, but I live about 8 miles away, so it's sort of like cheating!

Good answer - however - what if the opposite player wants the ball replaced x amount of times. The break is endless.
