Climping Beach, Sussex

Hi There,

I have not been to Climping for over 20 years know used to love the place for taking the children.

Does it still provide the best cockles in the area.

Nice shots have you any of the beach area itself.

Medway, here are some other photos I took. Not sure if it shows what you're looking for. I'm not sure about the cockles, do you mean for collecting yourself (are you allowed to?) or for buying? Embarrased to say I've never eaten cockles so I'm not sure.

Photo's are great just as i remember,the cockles were known locally for their quality, you could buy them or collect them yourself.

I am very surprised that you have never had a cockle.

I intend to try them! I'm originally from South Africa where cockles are not commonly eaten as seafood.
