Tried putting it into my basket but it failed to register.

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))

same thing happened with argos, selling 45" or somthin plasmas for 50p

 

 

was a mistake obviously, no one was able to get them for that price, a friend used her credit card and ordered 13 of them, they actualy tried to sell them to her at a price of £1000+ each after they had fixed the real price

I don't think there is any such thing in law as an 'offer to sell'. If something is displayed in a shop or a web site there is an 'offer to treat' but the merchant does not have to honour this offer. If he does not there is nothing the buyer can do because no contract had been entered into.

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.
