barry luxton 537
I can do 13th Sept' also (at the moment). Will need a new spinning rod, as a Haddock broke mine a couple of weeks ago. ahemmm, you also need a new alarm clock. me mates did mention something about your time of arrival at Weymouth Friday. What did you catch.? Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted. Tony U 36
How do you fish the Isom worm? do you jig it like other soft plastics? any help appreciated as I am not a regular sea angler. thanks in advance. Pete I normally use a standard dropshot type rig baited with a size 6-10 Sabpolo hook baited with a section of Isome worm, I rarely use the whole worm. I haven't had much success at the Hoe with lrf lures, but that is probably because l haven't tried hard enough. Berkley Gulp sandworms also work, as does the Gulp Bloodworm. Dragonets I have had in a few places. Blackpool Sands being one of them !!! Saw lots of species when I used to dive Portland breakwater. Bet there are conger at SH but not likely to catch them on tiny pieces of worm. http://www.seaanglingnews.co.uk
