ive just recently bought these feeders and i am not sure how to set them up, could you please help

I believe you tie your mainline to the top swivel and your hook link to the bottom one and encase the feeder with the methodmix?, not up on method fishing, i wonder if the elastic is some kind of semi bolt rig?

To be honest I wouldnt set them up at all. They are fixed rigs and on many waters they will be banned and even where allowed they should be discouraged. I think the dangers of fixed rigs are overplayed but why take the chance unnecisarily.
