Favourite foods? Too many to list them all, there's not much I don't like or won't eat, but Tripe is one I won't touch, (my mother admitted defeat eventually).

Ayjay - try Menudo and you may well find you do like tripe after all. Wonderful flavour and as mentioned in the Wiki article, it DOES cure a hangover in short order. The only real problem will be finding hominy which as near as I can tell is not known over your way. Not that hard to make though.

I had to investigate "biscuits and white gravy" To save anyone else the trouble, the nearest equivalent, in English, is Scones and Bechamel sauce. :yucky:

You really ought to try them fresh with jam and clotted cream Phone.

Favourite foods? Too many to list them all, there's not much I don't like or won't eat, but Tripe is one I won't touch, (my mother admitted defeat eventually).

Crusty bread with Camembert, preferably poured on!

Bacon Sarnies, with plenty of black pepper.

Steak, rare, with chips.

Favourite sandwich (apart from bacon) Hard boiled egg, tomato, anchovies and Kalamata olives.

Cheese, any cheese (but probably nothing American) :D

Fish pie.

I think I'm with Ajay on this issue. There is nothing that can be done to make cow's guts palatable. If you can swallow tripe the morning after the night before you do not understand the concept of the word "hangover"

All,

What the 'ell is "HALF AN EGG"?

Phone

:bigemo_harabe_net-163::bigemo_harabe_net-163::bigemo_harabe_net-163:

wot does two half eggs make?

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

Sorry Newt, Mexico is more than welcome to my share of the world's tripe, it's been off of my "to eat" list for about 60 years now, and if I ever get another hangover I'll find some other way to deal with it.

My mother wasn't the best cook in the world so that probably didn't help, but I don't like blubbery stuff. It literally makes me heave when it gets to the back of my throat.

It's one of my earliest memories, my sister and I both refused to eat it, this just didn't happen in our house, if you didn't eat something at one meal you got it served up again at the next until it was gone - we won with the tripe - and I never want to see any again.

Foul, filthy, 'orrible stuff.
