Both are encamped at a secret location on the Thames targeting barbel and/or chub. Pre-baiting occurred yesterday and four baits are in the water as I type. It’s an all nighter so good luck gents!

Well I wasn't cold as I had a big furry hot water bottle if I needed it lol also he stopped the rats nicking bait which happened to Matt even though he put them right by his head ,,,,gulp

2 Chub to me nothing of note Matt lost a good Perch and had a Littleton to drop shot so no all singing action all the way report but great to be out in good company and we will go back for round 2 soon

Angler turned up about 10.30 not expecting anyone to be there and left to find another spot and speaking to bluff as I left a few have been fishing this spot so midweek is Defoe best

Big Carp bashing out this morning as we left in that nah nah nah nah nah way they do when they know you have to leave

Love the Thames

We are not putting it back it is a lump now put that curry down and go and get the scales

have I told you abouit the cruise control on my Volvo ,,,,,,,bla bla bla Barder rod has it come yet?? and don`t even start me on Chris Lythe :bleh::icecream:

Sorry to hear no monsters were forthcoming, sounds like an enjoyable session though. The thought of rats has caused me to re-think my approach, I'll be going during daylight hours only.

It's never a 'six', let's put it back
