I wonder whether they obtained a Section 30 before the water was stocked? They obviously didn't seek the advice of the EA

 

The sad thing is that it's not a wind-up and worse, it's in Co Durham. We already have problems up here with some game anglers playing the high and mighty, what image does this give of coarse/carp fishing to the 'uneducated'
