Clocks

Don't forget that (in the UK) you should have put your clocks back one hour last night, unless you are a Muslim, and then you might want to put them forward about 1500 years. ;)

As is usual, the UK change is about a week ahead of ours.

And ours is the 1st Sunday in November for those locations that use it. However, DST is not observed in Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands or the state of Arizona (with the exception of the Navajo Indian Reservation, which does observe DST).

the state of Arizona [/color](with the exception of the Navajo Indian Reservation, which does observe DST).

Bet that causes confusion, any reason why Arizona doesn't change?

It was in Arizona that we ordered a couple of fruit juices and two hot dogs.

We were told the fruit juice was OK, but there was not time for the hot dogs, because "we are closing"

So I said "OK, cancel the order" (I noted the juices were being poured) "and take an early night" and walked out.

So they probably have not the time to mess about with clocks.

It's a silly convention. It would be far better to leave the clocks alone and adjust lifestyles around them.
