Anyone smart enough to tell what time it is in Indiana has got to have a doctor's degree in "something". They have "twilight zone" time change.

I think the folks in Arizona are just smart or stubborn or something. As for the American Indian tribal area that does observe DST, that is purely because the other large tribal area (different tribe) in the state does not and those two groups pretty much never agree on anything.
