Distance casting

Hi

I've been fishing for a few years but feel I need to improve my casting technic, does anybody know of any websites that explain or demenstright it. I need to be casting 100 yards and need to improve.

I don't know whether you could get one of not but at my local tackle shop they are giving away free

'CARP, Tackle, tactics and tips' DVD presented by Danny Fairbrass.

Not sure whether or not this has helped but if you can get hold of one they are really good. 3 hours of good advice!!!

Rodge's link is a good one and is probably more practical than the usual Sea fishing LDC sites/articles/DVD's I reccomend.
