Chris Goddard 3
As a previous user of AVG Pro I would say YES if upgrading for nowt! BUT if laying out cash I would rather spend my money on NOD 32 as I did have several problems with AVG. And the service they provided was at best abysmal! Chris GoddardIt is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then?? (If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))

Hallo Dave I'll put it this way, I'd rather use none at all than use McAfee (or Norton). And, unlike Chris, I've experienced no problems with either AVG Free or this Pro version, and currently that's on six machines: 2 x Windows 98, 2 x XP, 2 x Vista. Happy New Year to you. Cheers Ian. The Download button didn't work for me, but i got something from http://www.computeractive.co.uk/vnunet/dow...us-free-edition When my trial version of Trend Micro runs out in a couple of days(I had to use it to get rid of something that AVG couldn't) I will go back to AVG.
