Pike fishing

if its a decent recommended rod on a small budget I dont think you could go far wrong with an eddie turner rod. ive had a fiddle with one of them, quite light and thin walled blanks (I like my pike rods to have a bit of meat around em) but they do come across as capable rods as for reel shimano's get a fair few mentions but tbh im still very happy with my budget okuma interceptors (ibf40 for pike) only now about 9 years'ish on are they starting to give up the ghost.

I trust you are well prepared for pike fishing as its not just a case of rod n reel and off ye go. You will no doubt have read a lot fo comments stating "go with an experienced friend if you can"
