Whats the saying ken all the gear and no idea heads full of brains and no common sense meet plenty of them on a daily basis and people like Mogg are a prime candidate he is going on a fishing boat on the Thames then man cant change a nappy god help him on s fishing boat I hope he takes his quells before he sets off .

 

But now he is back peddling about going on the Thames to throw fish overboard the story originally surfaced in the telegraph but has turned out to be HAKE NEWS ? and he goes onto say I AM NOT A FISH THROWER THEY MIGHT COME BACK AND HIT ME IN THE FACE ???? he is a case.
