Makes you wonder whether other leaders are deliberately frustrating him to bolster the chances of a British exist and consequent implosion of the EU because although they want out too, they don't feel that they can push for withdrawal openly.

Well, on the face of it, Cameron claims to have won unanimous approval after a night's "wrangling".

 

We need a bit more detail to decide for ourselves whether or not the deal is a "good" one.

 

I think every leader present had kudos to gain by apparently arguing his/her country's cause all night.

 

Of course, some of you cynics may believe they all agreed yesterday afternoon, and merely spent the night playing solo whist, munching caviar sandwiches and drinking champagne so as to appear suitably bleary-eyed the next morning, claiming to have done their country proud.

With no boarder controls and no record of people's movements, the seven year welfare break is easily circumvented by lying.

BUNGLING pro-EU Tories penned a letter praising David Cameron’s renegotiation deal – before they knew what was in it.

In an embarrassing blunder, 60 activists from a group led by senior MP Nick Herbert signed the missive saying they “fully support the deal the PM has negotiated”.

The letter, organised by the Conservatives for Reform in Europe group, emerged on FRIDAY as EU leaders battled with Mr Cameron to water down his reform proposals – and even threatened to veto it entirely.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

I read an article today that states even if you hold a referendum and the vote is to pull out of the EU

the government do not have to abide by that vote.

They can still do what ever they want.

You can bet your last pound that the snout in the trough will win out.

my mind not only wanders-- sometimes it leaves completely.

Some of the key points in the deal

 

 

The key points of the deal are:

  •  

    • An "emergency brake" on migrants' in-work benefits for four years when there are "exceptional" levels of migration. The UK will be able to operate the brake for seven years
    • Child benefit for the children of EU migrants living overseas will now be paid at a rate based on the cost of living in their home country - applicable immediately for new arrivals and from 2020 for the 34,000 existing claimants
    • The amending of EU treaties to state explicitly that references to the requirement to seek ever-closer union "do not apply to the United Kingdom", meaning Britain "can never be forced into political integration"
    • The ability for the UK to enact "an emergency safeguard" to protect the City of London, to stop UK firms being forced to relocate into Europe and to ensure British businesses do not face "discrimination" for being outside the eurozone
  • Why not safegaurd the whole of the country, he uk is not just London.The point of child benefits for brats living abroad is a true stinker. Why should the taxpayer pay for those brats,
