But Johnson has to deliver he won’t he even tried to rub the nose in it by going to sedgefield yesterday people there who didn’t vote for him will detest him even more now those who did and have never voted Tory probably  never slept well but he is a clown and it will come back to bite him right where it hursts he will be under scrutiny every single day mainly I suppose because he is a serial liar what a label to have to your name but it’s fact not hearsay or fake news  it’s a fact .

Those who voted for him good luck in your quest you are seriously going to need it  .

text set out below is from someone who I voted for to be sacked. Guess who cod. yes it came from a daily rag this morning. It is more truthful than your  misery you are peddling. As a test to see if you actually read text you don't want to comprehend, I wonder if you will claim that 17.4  million where either duped or they are the far right. One other detail  that is a fact, 4 million plus labour voters also voted to leave, Corbyn and co blatantly ignored their wishes. Weren't the newspapers fault.

 

A lot of MPs had tried to make the Election about stopping Brexit: Jo Swinson, Phillip Lee, Chuka Umunna, Anna Soubry, Dominic Grieve, Sarah Wollaston, Chris Leslie, Sam Gyimah. All of them ended up losing their seats.

We meant what we said in 2016. Three years of being told that we hadn’t understood what we voted for didn’t wear us down. It just annoyed us.

Plenty of people who voted Remain in 2016 were exasperated by the dishonesty of those MPs who, having promised to respect the result, did everything in their power to frustrate it. This week it was the country’s turn to speak.

Britain is a democracy. That doesn’t just mean that we hold votes from time to time: Russia, China and Venezuela do that.

It means we expect our votes to count. We expect MPs to act as our servants, not our rulers. We expect our decisions to be honoured.

Our bloody-mindedness obviously caused a degree of surprise in pro-Brussels circles. Other countries that have voted against European integration have been ignored or made to back down. Not Britain. When we say something, we mean it.

Sticking to our referendum result is not the only thing that makes us unusual.

Unlike many European countries, we have never had a Marxist party in office. Nor, in modern times, have we ever allowed an anti-Semitic party anywhere near power. Those two honourable records are still intact.
Above all, Thursday’s election was a vote for moderation. Although his detractors make him out to be some sort of extremist, Boris Johnson is a main stream politician.

Yes, he is unusually clever and gifted. Yes, he has a rich and eccentric speaking style. But his politics are pretty moderate — he is a one-nation Tory who, as a backbencher, backed Ken Clarke for the party leadership. He has always stood for liberal and humane conservatism.

The only way you can label Boris “far Right” is if you also apply that label to 17.4million Leave voters.

‘Voters treated as thick’

Plainly, the electorate doesn’t see Brexit as extreme. There is nothing wrong with wanting to live in an independent country that makes its own laws, just as Canada, Switzerland or Singapore do.

In 2016 we voted to leave the EU: up to now, those who disagreed with that have done everything they can think of to prevent it from happening.

Boris won because he was the leader of the only credible party who said he would honour the democratic decision of 2016 and take us out of the EU.

I didn't vote for anyone, I spoiled my paper because I won't vote Conservative and the other three candidates were rabid remainers.

If you want hatred and poison, look back through your own posts.

A while ago I was seriously considering investing in Gozzer’s fan cleaning and refurbishment business, after all there was an abundance of warnings and it seemed a worthwhile investment with the possibility of a high return.

As the frequency of the predictions became more and more diverse and yet never happened I looked for another way.

I came up with my own idea. Grow a huge crop of sour grapes, this would benefit the environment by removing some pollutants from the area and give some financial reward.

Imagine my surprise on learning that lots of people, including some on this forum, already have an abundance of sour grapes that they are peddling!

Oh well, better buy some cleaning gear and see if I can still get a franchise from Gozzer.

When I first read your post Paul, I thought I'd mistakenly gone into the 'Have a Laugh' section. If you bother to read through your posts over the last 3+ years, you will see that nearly every post you've made has been 'inspired' by the media, either mainstream, or social. You have been pulled through this thread by media bias so much, that it's like they have put a ring through your nose to facilitate it, although that could explain why you have left so much BS in your wake. I don't do social media, but I did experience some of the inappropriate advertising you mention. I had my 4 year old grandson at our house, and he asked if he could have the TV on. I asked what he wanted, and he said 'Christmas songs'. I put on the Disney Christmas collection on YouTube, we enjoyed singing along with some he knew, but between each song there was a message from the Labour Party telling my grandson how bad Tory rule was, and that he should vote Labour, this accompanied by a picture of your Lord and saviour Corbyn himself. It would seem that even the producers of the advert didn't get irony either, ie, Marxism and religion.

 I have constantly tried to get you to see things from both sides, with maybe just a hint of a balanced viewpoint, but I see that even after another 'peoples vote' you still won't accept the result, choosing to take the Corbynistas stance of, 'it isn't us, it's you/them'. 

I broke my long standing vow on Thursday, I put a cross against Andrea Jenkyns name. I did so not because I particularly wanted Boris in at No10, it was a vote to help keep Corbyn out, that and to support what Jenkyns has done for my local community. I couldn't vote for a party that was run by self confessed Marxists. I had enough Marxist lectures when I worked with a staunch member of 'Militant' back in the 80s, a great lad but like you, very naïve in his choice of politics. The so called Labour party of Corbyn, McDonnel etc, have made me chuckle with their canvassing. One particular canvasser, who struggled to answer most of my questions was completely lost for words at one point and gave up. I asked him how it was that his 'leaders' could reconcile spouting the outdated teaching of a long dead son of a Jewish lawyer, with their record on anti-Semitism? It seems that, like yourself, he couldn't recognise the irony.

Burnley is a dead-cert Labour seat. It's also a very heavy leave area. The Labour party completely ignored the will of the people and the Co nservatives were the only party in the area offering a deal to leave Europe.

The Tories easily won the seat. This happened in many other northern towns.....

The Labour party didn't listen to their voters. Where I am Lib Dems held on against a ferocious Tory campaign, because the Lake District is a strong remain area,and with a increased majority........ It was all about Brexit and Labour didn't listen.

Boris Johnson, god help us.......

Thanks for that Gozzer, I would have snapped it up but I’ve just bumped into a rather miserable looking grey bearded dishevelled bloke in a park in London, I went over to see if he was OK as he was eating a raw potato, drinking from a bottle of cheap vodka whilst humming a song that was like ‘Oh Christmas Tree’

Turns out that he had bought sixty six million broadband routers that he now has no use for so I got them real cheap.

That mr corbyn gets about i had a few routers aswell but they kept routing to to some country where the red flag was no1
