Camouflage and disguise are crucial when new model prototypes first leave the well-protected confines of the design studio or workshop and head out onto the test track or open road. Although a great deal of today’s vehicle proving can be conducted in advance by computer simulation or on the test bench, there inevitably comes the day when all test results have to be validated, and the car must be released into its natural habitat - the road.

A few months ago I got a parking ticket and thought I could get away with parking in the same spot a few days in a row. All I had to do was put the ticket back in the windscreen. Not been caught yet, but then I don't do it all the time.

trouble is now the rules have changed and no longer does a traffic warden need to put a ticket on your vehicle (the driving off quick get out) now a traffic warden just needs your numberplate number and a ticket turns up on your doorstep ,not saying all of them are bastards but trying to prove you didnt actually park but were just passing by at the time is nie impossible

if ken gets "elected" again then just owning a vehicle would be cause for a ticket from his demonic hoards ,this chap is seriously anti traffic in his london ,mind you the income from them must pay for his lavish lifestyle and entertaining etc
