The NHS may have killed 120,000 since 2010 we dont need excuses mr bush

 

I know for a fact anyone asleep doesnt get fed and the medical staff dont have a clue !There is no communication between catering staff and so called hospital dietitions or medical staff and either of the former two.

 

Then theres medical " blunders" where lessons are never learnt and ofcourse just plain old abuse in bed blocked patients and in care homes etc probably better value for money to kill them than cure them.

The "best" health system in the world is a fallacy the staff that do care (and many really do) are outnumbered by management decisions from managers having been employed from non medicall backgrounds and temp staff shuffled about to avoid treating them with the rights full time workers get so never in one place long enough to give a crap.

 

Not just the NHS i was at the bus stop watching a suited bloke pointing at flower beds and making shapes in the air ,once he was gone i asked the chap in charge of the team who he was ? Its was their ," deputy manager" strangely the first appearence by him in the years hes been in the job and hes never seen the top manager in the 30 years hes worked for the council! Generally the teams do what they have always done no need for managers at all the head gardener decides!

Just reading an article about IOW pop festival in the ‘Mirror’, several times in the article they refer to the Isle of White, I note they were one of those to jump on the bandwagon about the Prince of ‘Whales’!
