Why is dealing with the EU different to before ?the EU manufactures nothing companies do which are in countries .

Another thing some bright spark spotted living in the EU zone means prices of food (and i presume most else?) Is 20% higher than the rest of the world so if leaving means even a 10% rise in cost were gaining

And as to losing out not paying into the EU will lessen the loss if theres any ,australia have already committed to a trade deal hopefully NZ will so we can get cheap sheep again lol

Dont worry cod were not leaving this country is afraid of the EU and its power ,were only freinds when we are under its thumb

BC, this is not a Brexit thread.

Ken

CNN got caught once.

Trump gets caught once a day. No, I am mistaken, it is much more frequent than that.

I noted that Trump promised May that trade agreements would be "very quick" and "Great"

See what he said about Health care and the Mexican wall and then start worrying.

Let's agree to respect each others views, no matter how wrong yours may be.

Ken

CNN got caught once.

Lets see:

On June 26, CNN accepted the resignations of three journalists involved in a story about a supposed investigation into a pre-inaugural meeting between an associate of Donald Trump and the head of a Russian investment fund.

On 05 June, CNN were caught faking a "spontaneous" rally against ISIS by Muslims in London.

On the day of Trump’s inauguration, CNN claimed Nancy Sinatra was “not happy” with the fact that the president and first lady’s inaugural dance would be to the tune of Frank Sinatra’s “My Way.” The problem was that Nancy Sinatra had never said any such thing.

That's just one outlet over a short period of time. Then we have all the nonsense about Tommy Robinson being some sort of neo-Nazi racist, not to mention the mountains of other press lies. We are quite literally at a turning point where the press have put themselves into a position where it is a perfectly respectable position to not believe a single word that they print or say.

As I suggested here, perhaps the only way forward it to make it illegal for the press to knowingly print or report a story that they know to be untrue.
