I see that Guiliani is changing emphasis from "no collusion" to "collusion isn't a crime" Wonder why that might be?

Also, the Trump is now saying that the Russians are helping the Democrats in the mid terms as "No one has been tougher on Russia than Trump"

Just how stupid does he think his supporters are. Do they really believe this?

And he's right, even if there were evidence of collusion, collusion is not a crime.

The more important take on this though is that despite more than 18 months of wild ass allegations and digging by some of the most powerful and influential people on Earth, not a single shred of evidence of collusion has been found.

As you like wordsmithery so much though, you will doubtless have noticed the MSM's subtle shift away from use of he word "collusion" in recent weeks and their adoption of the word "meddling" instead.

At least they can justify use of the word "meddling" but in an election where both sides spent hundreds of millions of dollars, a hundred or so Facebook ads isn't very likely to have swayed anyone is it?

If the meeting in Trump tower wasn't collusion, then what was it?

They tried to keep it secret but were too incompetent for that.

It was so innocent that Trump himself dictated a load of lies to explain it away.

Did he know before? Almost certainly

Did he know afterward? Obviously

Is he lieing now? Of course

I know how evidence works Ken. There is overwhelming evidence that Trump is a lying barsteward. There is substantial evidence that the alt-right don't give a damn about politicians who tell porkies, as long ast they are porkies they like.

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

Back in 2015 or 2016, lots of people associated themselves with the term but these days, it's definition has narrowed to a few thousand loony followers of the likes of Richard Spencer and Eli Mosely; with many public conservatives openly disavowing any connection with the movement.

Proof?

The meeting happened and the people who were said to be there, were actually there. Proven.

 

The meeting was agreed and arranged on the basis that the Russians had "dirt" on Hillary Clinton and wanted to share it with the Trump team. Written evidence for this, so proven. (That in itself is collusion)

 

Did Trump know about the meeting before hand? On the balance of probabilities it has to be yes, but not yet proven, given the calls immediately before and after to the "blocked" number.. This may change soon when Cohen gets into his stride. It's odds on that Guiliani will let it out of the bag anyway, before long.

 

Did Trump know about it afterwards. Too many eyewitnesses on AF1 so proven.

 

Not sure what further proof is necessary. Much less proof than this could get you executed in the States.
