Don't know: but try clicking on the "three bars" icon at top right - then "Tools" - then "Import" - and take it from there

are the emails still in your sky account ?

are the emails on thunderbird on an old pc ?

if still on the sky server just setup thunderbird and let it download them all again.

as for the latter im sure there will be an export account option on thunderbird that will export settings and the emails.

Just open a new account on thunderbird and enter your sky email adress and password and it should connect and let you see them ,cant remember how to download them all mine was about 3 days worth but i guess you can get the lot

I always untick the delete on server when you delete on thunderbird (or words to that effect) then if you delete something accidentally its still on the server
