Just a bit of snow in the shady parts ,-1 here at the moment ,had to get thinking yesterday at work i couldnt walk on the grass (it leaves brown footprints if frozen) so i spent a couple of hours litter picking in the snow flurries ,i had to take my coat off i was sweating lol

I also discovered where the lazy litter pickers from before chucked theirs the buggers so i have a couple more hours picking that up as well ,strange lot these foreigners out of sight out of mind!

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

It's weird here, a few minutes ago, we had a covering of the white stuff, and icicles hanging from my shed. Now bright sunshine, and only snow in the shade, and no icicles. It's been like that all day, 10minutes of light to moderate snow and hail, then sunshine, and it's clear again! The only thing is, that the cloud cover gets a bit thicker with every pass, so if it continues after dark, we could have a fair covering by morning.

A bit like here then John. Blue sky and big white fluffy clouds. now It looks nice when one is inside looking out. Bitter cold if one ventures outdoors though.

It's just got really dark outside, and the snow and hail is coming down heavy. Can't see any patches of blue, and I've got to go out and pick my wife up from work in a half hour :cold: .

Still if the same pattern continues, it could be coat off, and sun glasses on by then.

3 inches of snow overnight and a little more this morning near Wingham in East Kent. A sunny afternoon has meant that over half of it has melted. Cloudy now though with a few flakes.
