Yes theres a crisis ,the only way hospitals get more money is to imply there is one ,those poor chief execs need more money it sure as hell aint going to filter down to the bottom

If the yougnsters are prepared to have more taxes extracted from them they can rejoin ,five years should just be enough to see the difference for them
