A national disgrace...?

The president of the United States is visiting in July but we can't guarantee his safety in our own capital city and the smirking mayor of that city is encouraging the would be protestors.

This is the same mayor who has overseen an exponential rise in violent crime while concentrating on international affairs that he has no business commenting on.

Should we be ashamed and are we now officially a "Shith0le country"?

Not sure we are a sh*thole country,but, London with all it,s let,s make our name people is defiantly a Capital city that is sh*t.

 

I was born in London and grew up there, so it does make me sad to say this.

You only have to walk around to see the "****" IE the litter in every concievable place and the "holes" in every pavement and road doing it!

 

Its not the country but the residents as well! We are swiftly turning into a third world country ,i am ashamed visitors see the mess we not only live in but now except as normal

 

Theres far to many chiefs and not enough indians in public service ,since we moved here we have only seen a gulley cleaner twice ,the kirb on half the village had long since disapeared because of the soil and leaves and foot high weeds ,theres never been litter pickers! when verges are cut once a year all it does is flick out the cans back into the roads and most of the drains blocked despite many pictures being sent to the council.

 

Its those chiefs ,a chap i know reports the holes and marks them for the repair team ,hes done it for decades so knew the bad areas that wear out fastest ,now a "boss" has been employed who know dictates he does his rounds by area so he no longer has the advantage of experience ,the first thing this "boss" did was employ an assistant ,in reality like most its just a fall guy who gets the sack when the scheme doesnt work ,the whole system is full of fall guys thats why it fails ,theres few people that actually do the job but lots dictating how they think it should be done!

 

I also blame children ,why is it the bus is ontime when they are on holiday but not when they are at school

I would make every kid walk to school if they lived under 3 miles away cars carrying kids on schooldays should be fined unless they lived over 3 miles away AND there was no bus to the school from their location

 

I would also fine the designer of the farnham byepass (living or dead) who in their right mind designs a 'byepass' that deliberately forces traffic through the town because the byepass doesnt have the facility to turn right going south or left going north forcing the traffic to go through the town so they can!

I live in France, so can't comment on the ****hole aspect.

As for Trump, I am not bothered what the moron does now.Left to his own devices he is doing himself more damage than any demonstrations could inflict.

I understand that the government have to toady to him on the off chance of getting a decent trade deal (good luck with that BTW) but it is a shame that HM the Queen has to get dragged in just to inflate his feeling of self importance even more.

The best I can hope for him is that he and his family get adjoining cells.
