35 million yanks could lose their insurance as they are laid off work

Believe NOTHING anyones says or writes unless you witness it yourself and even then your eyes can deceive you

None of this "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" crap it just means i have at least two enemies!

There is only one opinion i listen to ,its mine and its ALWAYS right even when its wrong

Its far easier to curse the darkness than light one candle

Mathew 4:19

Grangers law : anything i say will  turn out the opposite or not happen at all!

Life insurance? you wont enjoy a penny!

You pay for insurance in america its not like NI where its taken before you get paid i believe

Coronavirus is a good excuse for employers to demand handouts from the government or sack people using it as a reason .

Nothing unusual excuses crop up all the time ,not reasons! Excuses mind

The same excuses will pop up in price rises across the board despite the probable higher demand ,few real reasons plenty of excuses

As i said you pay for them.

“Your benefits continue, but you’re still likely going to have to pay your required contributions ... so you’ll have to either send a check to pay as you go or, in some cases, employers may allow the employee to catch up with their contributions once the furlough ends,” said Steven Schinderle, senior regulatory legal consultant at benefits advisory firm Mercer.

If you only get a part of your usual wage insurance maybe put on the back burner

Very strange there fatalities are literally nothing yet we have terrible numbers but paddy did say as early as January they were on lockdown .Very very strange the difference in numbers obviously we have done something drastically wrong in comparison we had over over 400 fatalities yesterday .

They stopped all flights to and from China is what I think made a big difference where we were still letting flights in and out of countries like China and Italy, when I was there in Feb the popular tourist destinations were pretty quiet but only because the majority of their tourists are Chinese and they had been stopped. There was no social distancing going on, bars and restaurants were fully open and relatively busy (once again trade was down and quieter but that was down to the lack of chinese).
