Round and round you go about track and trace i repeat again NOT ONE track and trace system ON THE PLANET has worked all have failed so all are not worth the billions pumped into them.

Test and Trace ‘working’ is a matter of perspective Chesters. I listened to the House of Commons select committee earlier this week where Dawn Butler quizzed Prof. Whitty on that subject, the link should take you (and anyone else) to his answer. It is about 11:27 into the recording.

Butler fails in her attempt to discredit test and trace as a waste of money, BBC didn’t report that part but gave ample coverage to the Labour chair of the accounts committee the next day saying it was.

Politicians playing politics with people’s lives, exactly what they always do, morons sharing said pathetic behaviour on social media platforms making said Politicians look good.

Presumably that has been picked up by trolls under their bridges where coverage of the truth limits their ability to report and form opinion based on fact.

Never mind, remember we can always rely on billy goats to save the day.

As to bad handling yes it has but where are we compared to your idiots the EU in vaccine rollouts? Some EU countries are still waiting for the EU to hand them over never mind get enough! IF we were still in the EU no doubt we would be at the end of the queue and our production stolen !

Half our problem is the government listed to whining people like you who compain about our "rights" and go about deliberately infecting people to get even

Bugger knows why you snivel and whine not one of the government will notice your childish tantrems and suddenly change, look after yourself stop blaming other people if they want to die let them.

You love whining ,the only ever post you made being nice to someone was corbyn and look where he is ?

France ,Ist version Failure ,second version Failure ,same all over the world either the tech is no good or the people just refuse to use it so money down the drain

https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.france24.com/en/20200623-france-s-covid-19-tracing-app-fails-to-engage-chalking-up-roughly-1-5-million-users

Not one track and trace system will work unless its mandatory and 100% are using it ,its not and its not so no track and trace system will work no matter how much is thrown at it!

Test and trace £37 billion an obscene  amount of money . .

The Budget included an additional £15bn of funding, on top of the £22bn already allocated, for this key component of the UK Government's response to the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic.

To give this figure some context, £37bn is approximately enough to build three Channel Tunnels at today's prices, according to Eurostar. The entire NHS Budget for 2019/2020 was £123bn, and the UK’s entire Armed Forces budget for 2020/2021 is £41.5bn

And your worried about people spreading  covid 19 there’s your pal there Chester’s ,look no further this is the clot you voted for a couple of nuggets  together ., a shining  example to us all with covid 19 ???

And as the official trade figures for January were released how is brexit going :bigemo_harabe_net-163:don’t go there

Johnson sold Britain a botched EU deal and no amount of spin or downright lies can conceal that it is falling apart
When Johnson and his rightwing Leave campaign pals claimed to have “got Brexitdone” on 31 January last year, they failed to say the patchwork agreement they signed had more holes in it than a Cumbrian coal mine. Johnson did not admit he had fudged crucial issues such as Northern Ireland’s borders, and sold out Britain’s fisheries, in order to claim a bogus victory.

,a trade deal the easiest thing in the world ? oh and wait till April for U.K. exporters thats when the real fun begins with brexsick the stockpiling is running out .

There she be the picture says it all .with brexsick..

Dont forget the lower traffic is down to stockpiling in the months before ,strange i already mentioned that ! Its strange you ignore anything that disagrees with your agenda but constantly repeat things that do !or rather repeat anything true or false hoping it does generally it doesnt as you only read headlines .

I think brexit is going well ,dover running at 98% of norm ,no m20 tailbacks ,full shelves no european war the remainers promised we would have but ofcourse the way the EU are performing at the moment that could be true soon!

Cod let me whisper in your ear ,Brexit is done no manner of childish whining and snivelling will change that ,it doesnt matter what you post ,what link you show its done and dusted ,its over ,finished !you lost ,tough !

Revisiting the title of this thread, lets try hindsight from a different perspective.....

If we had stayed in the EU (ie if we had listened to the socialists) we would not have been able to negotiate a vaccine supply, but would have been caught up in the present EU vaccino-politico-claptrap.

Instead of over 25 million of our citizens being vaccinated,  we would still be awaiting a dribble of vaccines, and still squabbling over "priorities"

That would have meant a number of us catching Covid-19 (or one of its mutants) with the inevitable result of hospitalizations, ICU, intubation, "!ong covid" and or death for the unlucky (that could have included you, the reader, or me, the writer or both of us)

Puts arguing over fish quotas and queues at Dover into perspective.......

....and we would be sitting under a leftwing government, wieh Corbyn thinking he was in charge, awaiting salvation

Just be thankful we are where we are  -   look at the situation in Italy and the rising "Third Wave" across the EU

All my rellies in France have had both shots. I have only had one so far.

You lot are going to regret the passing of COVID-19. What will you use as an excuse for the p!ss poor performance of your wonderful Tory party when the virus is no longer an issue?

Whats brexit got to do with tories? They were unfortunately in power at the time .

No mention of who or how on the ballot paper ,simply out or in

When your thrown a lifeline you grab it you dont consider whos at the other end

PS 8% of french innoculated ,so bad over there they are putting patients in railway carraiges to get them to other hospitals .

As to "parties" all the time they exist theres no democracy ,the best way i think would be to publically tear in half every MP and chuck them in the thames and start afresh with no party system better still no system at all ,their scam is becoming apparent government and the church (the original scammers) need having their power removed and the purps killed

On reflection why polute a river ,grind them up and feed pigs with their miserable bodies

Oh yes, obvious really, we should all move to France, we should have stayed in the EU because they are doing so much better than the U.K.

From somebody who has given so much credibility to science repeating the crap coming from EuroNews contrary to the evidence that’s rich.

Just about every (broad term) Scientist in the member states has publicly stated that the decision to pause, halt or suspend vaccine rollout of the AstraZeneca jab is wrong. If it is not supported by the scientific evidence there can only remain two reasons why the decision was made, Political or monetary (the pharmaceutical lobby in the EU Parliament is vast, lots and lots of brown envelopes).

Not only does this fake story, proven to originate in a German newspaper, put the lives of EU citizens at risk, it also causes an increased risk to people all around the World.
