Now, all you need to get into your head is that your barter arrangements for beef, for boxes of chocolates or for pork pies do constitute selling your catch and therefore are illegal and that the monetary value of your exchanges are subject to income tax - which you appear to be avoiding.

Theres also a raft of rules dictating how chilled (please tell me its chilled) food (and others) are transported from A to B ,fine for joe bloggs taking his grub home not so great for commercial  transportation

You are 100% correct anth we have left the European Union  but what does it say at that top of this topic . (Shoyld we have left the EU ) and by the lies what were told to get that public to vote brexit the answer is no .

Now those who wish to deny the reality isn’t what was promised and can’t stomach the fact that the public were lied to.

Just a very simple one to think about anth Bass , the  bass ban was all  the EU fault, so they kept telling us ?????? so why now we have left the European Union are the Bass restrictions still in place All the shouting about Bass and here we are we have left the EU and the restrictions are STILL there .It makes a complete mockery of it all doesn’t it but it’s not just bass the list is longer than your arm..

By blaming covid you are denying the facts but that’s what Brexshiteers do divert away from the truth , 
Now  what do know about fishing nothing I understand that , now you shout about proof and blaming covid when in some respects is true but where the brexit is concerned covid it’s a lie and does not apply ,now this isn’t me telling you the facts this is a man who has been commercial fishing all his life and that’s before we joined the European Union.This man was CEO of the NFFO masses of experience in the fishing industry his words and this applies all round the U.K.

How can it be an illegal accusation ,you yourself admit you do it

It is illegal for you to sell or barter your catch unless you have the proper licence ,how that revelation  would go down in the local paper ! " local charter boat skipper admits dealing fish without a licence to avoid tax" i would head for belgium before it breaks
