FREE salmon licences?

Nice - sort of. No good to us here in the UK currently - free or otherwise, ALL fishing is banned for the foreseeable future, due to the measures deemed necessary to help control this bloody virus!

We are still allowed to go fishing and maintain "social distancing". It really wasn't much of a gift. 

But quarantine extended to 10 June

Maybe we're both overthinking?? - Salmon is farmed for supermarkets these days - so why pay the Ridge Pool  a Grand+ to still possibly catch Now't

I'd far rather catch a net full of Roach, Perch etc. & put em' back for another day!!

I won't buy farmed salmon after watching programmes on how badly they are treated but pay extra to buy wild Alaskan salmon from Waitrose, it even looks and tastes better.
