The government civil servant when questions on video  by the select committee admitted it was a POLITICAL  decision NOT to take part the EU scheme which were fully entitled to do .? They want  jail !!!!!!

And in the meantime Priti Patel announces shoplifting is down unbelievable !!!!!

The scheme as it was to do with the EU probably came with so many strings it was not worth doing.
