The only advantage i can see is you CAN take it with you when you die ,its reconned a huge amount of bit coin sits doing nothing simply because the password cannot be remembered !

He doesnt even need to put in his will the harddrive gets bunged in his coffin no-one else can get it ,two guesses and thats it lol
