stockpiling?

I bet the government isnt ordering billions of gallons of oil at give away prices to stockpile even to eventually get fuel for the army at least!

Whats to bet once the price goes back up (and it will!) They will suddenly realise we have a shortage and pay top dollar!

Whats to bet the non government oil users to turn into fuel are buying at extremely low prices and not passing it on to the consumer!

The cost of refing into petrol is a couple of pence a bit for the supplier and tax if the fuels cheap the tax will be cheap the fuel cheap so well under 50p i guess?

If the reports saying oil is now being a negative price then it should remove the initial cost of the o il so even cheaper ,you would think the government would have every available squaddie waiting to fill jerry cans and bring it back!
