All.

ASBESTOS is in a separate category. The mineral was sued and lost. Hands down asbestos causes mesothelioma cancer. The mineral has to pay. The average mesothelioma settlement is between one million and one million four hundred thousand - die of that and no questions ask  - someone will get asbestos money

Plenty of money in asbestos every time the council do a job in the house they send a company 'official' (that used to be dogsbody before everyone was promoted) who no doubt costs the council a fair bit of cash for not noticing i have Marley tiles under the carpet (harmless until disturbed) 6 or 7 times in the 20 years we have lived here.we have had to let them in you would think if they did a good job once would do !someone makes cash out of everything!

If only there was a worldwide shortage of ring pulls or farts needed certifying i could make a bit!

Pre 2007 you could claim from your employer for illness due to asbestos blame the government of the time for stopping that

I wonder who was in charge then ?

But you can still claim for asbestos related injuries even if your employer has been liquidated?
