Shamima Begum

Recommended Posts

The Supreme Court has ruled that Shamima Begum, who you may remember, left the UK with two of her friends to join the Islamic State, cannot return to the UK.

GOOD!

You left the UK to support a group of terrorists who were killing our own people. I don't give a feck what happens to you now you traitorous bioch. As far as I'm concerned you can just flip off and die. And when you do, I would gladly defecate over your grave.

Yours sincerely, a true Brit.

Agreed 100% John, BUT, it is a good result in an imperfect world, The Supreme Court has decided she is not allowed to return to the U.K. to plead her case and must do so by other means, it doesn’t mean she will never return.

The best part of the decision is that, in so many words, the Supreme Court will not overrule the Minister who is accountable to Parliament. Three months ago she would now be asking the ECJ to override that judgement. The thing to celebrate is the removal of the ECJ.

If she does manage to appear by some other means the Court’s decision means that SHE will have to produce massively compelling, unequivocal  evidence to counter the Home Secretary’s opinion that she presents a risk.

And again, she will not be able to take her case to the ECJ.

But I agree, it is a step in the right direction.

I am surprised shes not here already and forgiven like the 400? Odd people who went to "support" the same people and returned.

It doesnt matter if she loses all she has to do is turn up in a rib 12 miles outside calaise phone 999 and the RNLI will whisk her to the shore and the government will have her in a 4 star hotel by teatime with the rest of her shipmates

Time to get out of ECHR then things will really improve  ,all those tax payer funded immigration lawyers wouldnt have a leg to stand on

Nobody who went out to support the Islamic State should have been allowed back into the UK. Unfortunately, if they only have ties to one country, there is nothing you can legally do to stop them. Shamima had dual citizenship, which meant we could take away her UK citizenship.

And she was hoping that because she lost 3 children, that we would take pity on her? What planet is she living on? If she does manage to return here, she will be hated wherever she goes. I certainly would not like her as a neighbour!

We were told she lost kids ,we were also told her husband was killed but strangely a man keeps popping up ,either her old man or a human rights lawyer or both!

Bugger how much its costing the tax payer ,i think mi5 should have taken her and her ilk to some remote sand dune and come back alone! Probably blackwater could have done it for half its cost us already!

If she gets back i have no doubt like the government do with pedos a name change a nice house and a full burka will keep her nice and safe enough to breed more kids she can brainwash into thinking we are the terrorists ,a terror breeding machine for the future funded by the tax payer
