Swanning around in a very nice car, compliments of misguided donations. Like many other charities which also carry the "Hooray Henrys" - My wife worked for the "Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust" (BIRT) and the CEO drove around in a Bentley !!

Charities, NGOs and trade unions all seem to have leaders living the high life, and a suspiciously little amount getting to those that they are supposed to be helping.

Then there's the slight of hand, with groups like MSF, the RNLI and Save The Children not using funds where people imagine they will be spent - all three of those organisations have chartered boats to facilitate the illegal invasion of Europe.

Then there's the redirection of funds to warlords and oppressors, and the various "aid for sex" scandals.

I no longer give money to any charity. When I do give money (which isn't often) I do it directly, buying a meal for obviously disabled people abroad, and even then, I limit it to a meal, because there are gangs that run teams of beggars, and the stuff that they get up to is disgusting.

I only used to give to the rnli and the poppy lot just before remembrance day usually hovering outside sainsbury .Stopped giving the rnli money when they started their criminal acts of aiding and abbeting illegal immigrants crossing the channel .Our commie leader with his promises of clamping down on the gangs should start with them as they are the last leg in the criminal chain.But i do give a quid (sounds little but i use paypal many times a month) to a few in the donate option when you pay via paypal `usualy the heart foundation etc.

Unfortunately theres no control over them where they use it but i dont ever give to the begging lot with their brown babies or donkeys or rhinos on tv with their child (and fly) actors my idea of "adopting" is you take it home not give it to someone who pretends to care and pockets it themselves .I still firmly believe africa has a group of actors that tour Africa ,all naturally thin with saville row tailored rags smearing honey on their faces and releasing flies from jars to cover their faces giving the impression they are hard done bye then pouring powdered chalk into a well to give the impression its dirty and giving a kid s few bob to drink it

My mrs gives to the mari curie and macmillan nurses etc.

My biggest thought is if a charity gives to another charity does the government stump up 25p for every quid? If they do i predict some of the tv ones (who run many) are transferring millions amoungst them making a killing from the tax payer!

Steve Hughes was great live, but he's been doing the same act for 20 years.

Personally I would give to a charity providing mosquito nets to Africa. With a little more support, they should be able to prevent millions of mosquitos dying of AIDS.

They have all been doing the same act for decades ,talking about the same act james whale all he does is whine from 1970's to now ! And i see his stooge is still hovering ,double act ,whine and flippant remarks not much else to the act .

Just trying to think of the other whiner aussie i think? ,not a patch on whicker lol
