I received a text out of the blue yesterday to inform me that John Suffill passed away on Wednesday.

John was a long-standing moderator on these forums, starting right back in the days when they were extremely busy, and many members of the forum will have chatted to him over the years.

My condolences to all his family and friends. Thank you, John. You were a fantastic support over the years. I know you used to get a great deal of enjoyment from Anglers Net and it was a better place for you.

Tight lines and rest in peace, mate.

Awful news :( I never met John but he always came across as a fun and top fella. Another one of the Anglers Net legends sadly gone.

Very sad news to hear, I never met him personally but i did flog him a good number of Porcie' floats a couple of times !

My sincere and heartfelt condolences to Johns family and friends.
