in the link below your one the inside windows7 the neglect of informing the watcher their monitor wont support touch screen applications is very bad only touch screen monitors will support it.

and ofcourse touch screen is rather old hat even CRT monitors were touch screen in some cases and PDA's have been using it for years

every bit of windows for PDA's has been touch screen software so nothing new for windows7

from what i can see of it its just XP in a new suite same as vista trouble is frilly shirts went out decades ago

i cant see properly but doing nothing the memory seems to be 47% :o looks like another bit of resource hugging software to me.

and yes 32bit will be around for a few more years but i see some software is already "vista" only in a few more years no doupt it will be 64bit only so i'm hedging my bets long term thinking of going 64bit /32bit dual boot getting a head start :D

well as soon as my source comes up with the goods

There is a 64 bit version of the windows 7 preview available.

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

Yes chesters bit the old fashioned touch screen displays can only 'see' one touch at a time. Windows 7 supports multi touch. Anyone who thinks that simply upgrading their OS is going to transform their display to multi-touch needs to be sectioned.

Some Dell displays are already multi touch ready.

What would you like to see in a new OS?
