General

A week of mixed weather,  from still calm waters, to winds,  heavy rain, thick fog, severe frosts, and glorious sunny days, all affecting the fishing in different ways.

Fishing generally later in the afternoon has seen the best catches or on none frosty days very early prior to sunrise. Calm water or Sunny conditions producing less fish caught, but get a ripple and some cloud and some very high catch rates have been produced.

Fish in margins of 1st and 2nd shelves and across to margins of islands or 6 metres on dead bottom and feed angel pellet for good results.

Water temperatures have dropped during the night after frost slowing fishing down during the day and as water temperatures rise through the day up go the catch rates with after 3pm being exceptional.
