Greys are proud to formally announce the launch of their new Greys Coarse Academy.

The Academy is an initiative to maximise the promotion and awareness of Greys, and more importantly optimise the product field testing and feedback processes that are already in place.

The Greys Coarse Academy includes a group of five elite anglers with a wealth of fishing and industry knowledge. Members of the Academy include Anglers Mail contributors and columnists Nige Williams and Dave Coster, Churchgate Fishery Manager Tony Runnalls , The Royalty Fishery Manager Dave Burgess and former Irish Coarse Fishing International Cathal Hughes. Neil Wayte will also be involved as a friend of the academy, offering feedback on the rods.

Greys Coarse Academy Manager, Dave Coster said;
‘The new Greys Coarse Academy is an exciting project. We have just taken on the first batch of new members who will be acting as consultants for the company, also extensively field testing and promoting new products and helping to design new ones. These are all highly respected, talented anglers who have been selected very carefully from wide ranging areas across the country, including Ireland.’

Hardy & Greys Limited Academies Manager, Iain McGeary, explains that “all members hold a passion for angling, are forward thinking, proactive and have the motivation to be the best in their field. They are an excellent resource to the company in terms of there product knowledge and experiences and will help promote and drive the brand through the associated marketing activities that they will be involved in”.
