James Buckman age 11 fished Beckerings Reservoir landing a splendid 9lb bream on a Nash Amber Attract Strawberry Boilie. Scott Larman was at the same venue where he managed a 25lb 5oz mirror plus an 18lb common. Dave Harwood landed a 20lb common on a Destiny F.B.I 14mm boilie with Pineapple wafter fished snowman style. Mick Stringer had several carp to 21lb and Simon from Milton Keynes managed five to 26lb. Tony Sessions and his fishing partner Bill have been having some terrific sessions at Beckerings with this week Tony catching 60lb of tench, roach, perch and bream with Bill having 40lb including a 13lb carp all caught feeder fishing.

James Buckman – 9lb bream

On the canal Brett Herdman caught some nice roach up to 1lb 7oz fishing maggot over hemp and tares. The canal is a very under rated roach venue in my opinion even though it produces 2lb+ specimens every season.

Anything would be gratefully received as most of the clubs vital equipment has been lost.
