Fishery Update – 5th June, 2011

What a superb start to the new fishing season at the Nar Valley Fisheries complex.

Right from the start the big Carp showed well in Lake Geneva, with the standard set by Rob Davis with a lovely mirror of 32lb 8oz.

A number of other great fish were banked including a 28 pounder caught by Robert Kascak, a 27lb Common landed by Billy McGivern.

On Fenn Lake, Stephen Keys was top rod with two Common Carp of 24lb and 14lb.

To join in with this great action, permits are still available from the local tackle shops, Kev’s Tackle in Swaffham, Anglers Corner and Shipshape Tackle in King’s Lynn, or for further information contact Chris on 01553 636507.
