‘Hardy Hall of Fame’ and Hardy & Greys Ltd Game Academy member, Gwilym Hughes has written an autobiography detailing his experiences with angling.
‘The Angle of the Cast’ features the life of Gwilym, incorporating his connection with angling and his fishing experiences. In his book Gwilym offers sound advice to anglers from his vast knowledge as well as hints and tips. There is insight on every page – from the memory of his very first Trout, boyish adventures and hilarious incidents – through the stages of learning and development of skills in angling to the fulfilment and elation of reaching International status. From all this comes a good read and an angling bible.
Dedicated to his parents, wife and children, the introduction of the 250+ page book has been written by angler and Rugby Union Legend, Gareth Edwards who describes Gwilym as an ‘especially gifted angler showing a form of understanding and skill far beyond normal anglers.’
