Wellsfield Fishery will be open 7 days 8am-5pm all winter thanks to the ICE PREVENTION WAVE MACHINES for fly and bait fishing.
Despite the weather, another good weeks fishing at Wellsfield Fishery for those anglers wetting a line. All three lochans fished well this week for those fly fishing and bait fishing.
Largest fish of the week was a 10lb Rainbow Trout caught by Mr. I Henderson (Grangemouth) in his 3 fish for 16lb 2oz.
Best flies: Olive Damsel, Black/Green Fritz, Coral Dancer, Tadpole, PTN.
Best Baits: Worms, Maggots, Small Mepps Spinners.
