All three lochans fished well this week. The seasonal autumn weather conditions has provided great sport for fly and bait fishers. Many anglers bagger their fish limits catching Rainbow Trout, Blue Trout and Brown Trout. The average weight was just over 3lb 1oz per fish.
Best flies: Mini-Lures, Montanas, Olive Tadpole, HH Damsel, Sparklers, Diawl Bachs, Buzzers on an intermediate tip. Best Baits: Ledgered Worms, Ledgered Maggots, Small Mepps spinners.
