In this short clip, Richard Lee shows us a rig that is pretty simple to make, yet also very effective.
The modern tendency seems to be to to make complicated rigs; fine, if you know what you’re doing and you really NEED a complex rig, but 99% of carp fishing isn’t like that.
This rig simply uses a stiff main material, with a braid hair tied to the hook. Fished snowman-style (a bottom bait in conjunction with a pop-up), you can be pretty certain that your rig is working for you.
