  2. Hi all,

been carping and have had great success, but every time i get one on in double figgers i tend to loose it when the hook line snaps, i am using eight pound line but the hook line is letting me down, all feedback appreciated

    All the best,

    tony.

Hi mate,I tend to tie all my own rigs to be honest using a various choice of hooklinks,Braid, coated braid, flurocarbon and amnesia, practise tying your own fella with a hooklink from the ones I mentioned above.

  3. I generally take a whole selection of boilies and baits and I will try 2 baits at a time every hour until I find the bait that has the most activity on the other hand if you ask about and have a walk about you can normally getthe low down on the water your fishing and find what baits work best.

  4. The sturgeon at whitchlake are amazing aswell as the recently caught 100lb catfish, this water is £35 a day ticket but I promise you guys you will not be dissapointed.

  6. Hi all, this is only my 2nd post so here so i am quite new to the forum,i have been reading this thread with great interest and the designs i have seen look great,I myself have ready made bait boat plans which i can email to who ever wants a set at £2 per set,I'm in the process of building it myself too but making major modifications, the wooden hull that it shows in the plans i am using as a mould instead to create a fiberglass hull, the hull will then be filled with bouyancy foam as found on many life size craft,I'm also modifying it to hold upto 6 kilo instead of the 3 kilo,I have also decided to make it a twin motor vessel for more speed and even thinking now on altering the whole thing to make it an amphibious vehicle,i have built many R/C cars in my time so this is kinda new territory for me lol.
