Looks like I'm getting some where.
Got an answer on the phone today, spoke to Carl Porter.
He has arranged for collection of said box of junk for Wednesday.
He seemed quite surprised an item was missing and what did arrive was very poor quality.
I wonder where he buys his fishing and hunting kit...................Askari, na I wouldn't think so.

It's only three weeks to go until bonfire night but I've not seen or heared a single firework so far.
Is this just a local thing or is it the same everywhere ?
BTW. Apparently, the fireworks on sale at Lidl are very good if anyone is looking to buy.
Heard a few up here in Stockport.
I'm sure if I was back home in Leicester I would hear loads.
The Asians use a lot of fireworks at this time of year.
Not many round here in Stockport.
The trouble with fireworks is it's just burning money.
This year we will be parking near to a public display in the area.

Have you tried writing to them?
I haven't but a recorded letter with a self addressed stamp return envelope might be worth a try.
I think it maybe a stall tactic they are using to stretch out the return time.
Even a credit note is better than the box of rubbish I have at the moment.

Since they apparently have a physical presence in the UK, Trading Standards really might be your best option unless you are having too much fun with the approach you are using now.

I'm over £100 worse off.
The stuff I bought was a variety of hunting knives, I was going to give them as Christmas gifts.
I would expect better knives in my Christmas crackers.

I have tried that number and it transfers to Germany.
Some times it's engaged for hours, then you get an English answer machine and then a bloody German one.
No matter how I try I'm still not getting any where.
I'll email them under a different name and see if they reply, I'll pretend I'm a new customer wanting to be ripped off again.

The only thing that comes to mind is the trading standards people or possibly the police I do not know enough about what went on. Best bet Trading standards and citizens advice.
Trouble is they are based in Germany, I don't think Interpol will be much help.
Bunch of time wasters looking at some of the other threads on here about them.
I'll just keep trying, I'm keeping records of my attempts in contacting them.
At least they can't say I left it to late in returning the box of crap they sent me.

I have just spent over £100 with Askari online.
The order went pear shaped and Carl Porter emailed me to sort things out.
Well it all went well and the order was sorted.
But now I have the items I'm not happy at all.
The obvious photoshopped pictures and glorified description made the items sound great.
The prices were to good to be true, well that's the case.
Very poor quality, cheap tacky rubbish and the order was incomplete.
Now my real problem and reason for my thread.
I need help contacting them for a return ticket.
I have called and called, left voice messages and a number of emails.
Can any one advise me as to what my next move should be please.
