We love our estuary fishing here on the Nthn.Beaches of Sydney Aus.Yeah too right you never know what you will catch but you can narrow it down by tuning your gear to suit the targeted species.

There's a heap of different options from rock and beach to bays,lakes and inner coastal systems including there upper tributaries which can be accessed by boat kayak or simply landbasing.

Through the gate to Narrabeen Lake chasing flatties and bream was and still is a favourite passtime.

We moved on and fished Port Jackson ,Sydney Harbour and into Pittwater,Broken Bay ,including The Hawkesbury and it's upper environs in our little Savage boat "Chilli".

Getting smashed up by kingies and big jews on light bream gear ,when you least expect it gets you doing a little research on your gear.

We went on a couple of charters which opened us up to resizing gear,using live baits and mixing it up ,trolling with surface lures and downrigging.

The kayaks put us up into the inaccessible areas and great drifting zones using the tide to your advantage.
